There was a crash that hindered progress from the very start of the game. This crash was related to the new system with journals where it saves your place when you close out of it. Closing out of your journal from any page aside from the "Journal" page would cause the crash when you speak to Sebastian about turning in tasks. Sorry for the inconvenience!
